Obituary for Kevin Bateman

Kevin Michael Bateman was born October 18, 1084, in Mankato, Minnesota, to Michael and Nanette (Broughton) Bateman.   He was raised in Rochester and graduated from John Marshall High School in 2003.  He attended Albert Lea Community College and Mankato Technical College were he studied to be a machinist.  Kevin married Anna Moore on October 21st, 2014, in Duluth.  Then “remarried” her during their wedding at Hosanna Lakeville on October 3, 2015. Kevin Michael Bateman was born October 18, 1084, in Mankato, Minnesota, to Michael and Nanette (Broughton) Bateman.   He was raised in Rochester and graduated from John Marshall High School in 2003.  He attended Albert Lea Community College and Mankato Technical College were he studied to be a machinist.  Kevin married Anna Moore on October 21st, 2014, in Duluth.  Then “remarried” her during their wedding at Hosanna Lakeville on October 3, 2015. After marriage they made their home in the Farmington and Kevin worked for Airlake Machine & Welding in Lakeville, then MTS in Eden Prairie.  He enjoyed grilling, camping, being a smart mouth with quick wit, Harley Davidson motorcycle riding, lake walks with his wife, and hunting with his beloved dog. 

A memorial service for Kevin will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Hosanna Church – entrance door #1, 9600 163rd St W, Lakeville, MN 55044.  Visitation will begin at Noon.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Moore Bateman; his parents, Michael and Nanette Bateman of Owatonna; his sister, Emily  Coronna of Las Vegas; his grandparents, Milan and Noreen Broughton of Bloomington; his in-laws, Steve and Ruth Moore of Rochester; his brother-in-law, Allen Killian-Moore (Adeline Wright) of Duluth; his niece, Gala Wright; and many many other relatives and friends.

    Mike, Nan and Emily, so sorry to hear about Kevin, we had such good times with him when you lived across the street from us in Rochester, I never met his wife but prayers are with you also.
