Our Deepest Sympathy to you all.
Richard and I were the first couple Pastor married after coming to the three Coon Valley congregations. When we came to the parsonage for our premarriage counseling we sat on folding chairs as the furniture had not been delivered. Pastor married us October 1, 1960 @ Lower Coon Valley Church.

On behalf of the people of Lower Coon Valley Lutheran Church, I send you our sympathy on Pastor Vevle’s death. He served our church, together with the two other Coon Valley churches, well and faithfully. I am especially grateful for his greetings to our church nine years ago on the occasion of our 150th anniversary.
